Have EHCPs or other SEND legal rights made a huge difference to your child and your family?

Just fill out one of our signs, then take a photo or make a video to show how these rights have made a difference to your family. For example, have they:

• Helped your child achieve something once thought impossible?
• Enabled you to challenge decisions at tribunal and get the right support?
• Enabled you or your child to work?
• Allowed you, as a professional, to provide life-changing support?
• Transformed your family’s day-to-day life?

How to take part

2. Write your message

What’s the most powerful impact these rights have had for you or your child? Pick one impactful point if you can.

3. Take a photo or video (see tips below)

Hold up your sign and capture a clear photo or make a video telling your story.

4. Submit your photo / video

Use the form at the bottom of this page to upload it. You can make more than one sign and upload multiple photos. There’s also a few questions that will help inform our campaign.

5. Share on social media (optional)

If you’d like to help raise awareness of the campaign, you can share your photo or video on social media. Use the hashtag #SaveOurChildrensRights and include a link to this page if possible.
