What do I need to do?
Just fill out one of our signs, then take a photo or make a video to show how these rights have made a difference to your family. We need you to tell us….

When properly specified and implemented, an EHCP can mean the difference between a suitable education and no education at all.
Tell us how your child’s EHC Plan has supported your child.
Has it…
- Helped your child achieve something once thought impossible?
- Enabled you to challenge decisions at tribunal and get the right support?
- Enabled you or your child to work?
- Allowed you, as a professional, to provide life-changing support?
- Transformed your family’s day-to-day life?

How to take part

2. Write your message:
Pick one impactful point if you can. Here are our Top Tips!
What impact have SEND rights had on your family?
Use a dark coloured felt-tip or sharpie so the text stands out
Use a ruler to keep your text straight & plot it out in pencil
Colour or decorate it, but ensure your message is clear
3. Take a photo or video (see tips below)
Hold up your sign either below or to the side of your/your child’s face
If you don’t want your or their face seen, hold it in front of the face
Take a clear, PORTRAIT photo, with some space around the edges
You can make more than one sign and upload multiple photos.
You can also make a video telling your story if you prefer!
4. SEND IN your photo/video

There’s also a few questions that will help inform our campaign so please complete as much as you can.
5. Share on social media (optional)
- If you’d like to help raise awareness of the campaign, you can share your photo or video on social media.
