The SEND proposals consultation closed last year, but there are still two live consultations until 18th September
- The EOTAS Consultation on out of school ssettings, which also includes far more detail about the proposals for EHCPs. It is vital you fill in this, even if your child doesn’t have out of school provision in their EHCP. This consultation shows how the government plans to vastly reduce legal rights for SEND.
